Moe Tournament Résumé
Round 1 - Best Girl Contest 2014
Round 1 - Japan Saimoe 2014
Round of 32 - Animefans Saimoe Tournament 2014
Say hello to Yaya, the greatest automaton doll in existence… at least in the eyes of her master.
Crafted by one of the greatest doll-makers in the world, Yaya possesses both the beauty of a Japanese lady and the strength of a giant. Her combat skills are second to none and, combined with the seals of her master, make her a devastating force in both solo and group fighting. She can jump off the roof of a building and land without risking harm, bust through a wall as if it were paper, and stop a runaway train from crashing at its last stop. Yaya is the fusion of beauty and brawn all in one cute little package.
Yaya's most unique feature is her configuration, unlike that of any other automaton. Yaya appears to be an ordinary oriental girl in every detail, and nothing hints at her nature as a doll. What furthers this assessment is her ability to express human emotion, another feature that most automatons do not have. Yaya can be happy, sad and even jealous of others, and her attachment to her master means he is always on her mind.
Yet, no matter how unique Yaya is or what she is able to accomplish, the one thing that will always set her apart from others is the barrier of "humanity." She may think and act like a human, but she will never truly be one of them. She will always be a doll, created by an outside source, obtaining energy through irregular means. Yaya will never truly die unless her core is taken from her, which means she can potentially live on forever. This may be why Yaya values human life over her own, seeing it as more precious than anything in the world. Because unlike Yaya, humans cannot be repaired if injured or killed.
Of course, that tiny little detail is not going to stop her from falling in love with her master.
